Oppo, on December 2, launched the A6x, its newest budget phone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity chipset. The latest in the phone maker’s A series also features a huge 6,500mAh battery with fast charging support. Here’s a quick look at the Oppo A6x specs and offers.
Oppo A6x specs
The Oppo A6x is a dual-SIM phone that features the Dimensity 6300 chipset, which also powers the likes of the Xiaomi Redmi 15C, Moto G Power and the Realme C85.
The device runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box and comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. It packs in a 6.75-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and offers 1,125 nits of brightness in high brightness mode. Like most budget Android phones, you also get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
As for optics, the Oppo A6x sports a single 13MP wide-angle camera with auto-focus alongside a 5MP selfie shooter. Both camera sensors support FullHD (1080p) video recording. All of this is backed by a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 45W fast charging.
Oppo A6x price and offers
The Oppo A6x is available in two colourways – Ice Blue and Olive Green. The base variant of the phone that comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage is priced at Rs 12,499, while the 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB versions can be purchased for Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999, respectively.
Interested buyers can also avail for three-month interest-free EMI option on select bank cards. The Oppo A6x is currently available for purchase on Amazon, Flipkart, Oppo India website and offline retail stores starting today.
