On OnePlus’s websites in the United Kingdom (UK) and European Union (EU), it has subtly started teasing a new wristwatch that is simply referred to as the “OnePlus New Watch”. Although OnePlus already introduced the Watch 3 earlier this year and a smaller 43-mm version in July, the latest teaser indicates that a new model is on the horizon and will arrive before the anticipated OnePlus Watch 4 cycle. The landing page features teasers for the upcoming OnePlus 15R phone, along with a brief description of the device, suggesting that several announcements may take place on the same international platform.
OnePlus ‘New Watch’: what we know so far
A smartwatch with a circular body, a prominent crown, and a sharp, angular case edge is all that is visible in the teaser image. The design of the recently unveiled Oppo Watch S, a thin 8.9-mm smartwatch with a 1.46-inch AMOLED display, is quite similar to these features.
Due to these similarities, there has been speculation that the new OnePlus model may be a modified or rebranded version of that device. If this is accurate, OnePlus might be working on a lighter version of the OnePlus Watch 3 that combines better all-day comfort with minimal style.
The device is unlikely to be the full OnePlus Watch 4, which is widely anticipated in early 2026, given the timing. It seems more likely that this is a global version of Oppo’s Watch S, which debuted in China in October with a purported battery life of up to 10 days, or a Watch 3R model.
The “subscribe to save” campaign, which runs from November 17 to December 17, is linked to the OnePlus New Watch teaser. When the new watch goes on sale, subscribers will receive a GBP 50 (about Rs 5,800) discount, and one participant may receive a voucher for a free unit, according to the firm.
The aforementioned offer can only be used between December 17 and January 31, 2026, according to OnePlus. This timing strongly implies that OnePlus has set December 17 as the date of a worldwide launch event, with availability anticipated shortly thereafter.
In addition to the teaser for the wristwatch, OnePlus has also released a sneak peek at the OnePlus 15R, which will soon be available in India in black and green colours and may be a customised version of the OnePlus Ace 6T.
