Faissal Khan has opened up about his bond with brother Aamir Khan, mixing heartfelt praise with personal grievances. In a recent interview, Faissal lauded the superstar’s generosity, work ethic and dedication, even as he reiterated his past claim that Aamir once kept him confined at home for over a year and gave him medicines against his will.“He’s a very nice human being… very kind-hearted. If he improves his environment around him, he’ll become a king. He is a king — he has five fingers in ghee. He has done a lot for a lot of people,” Faissal told Pinkvilla, adding that he enjoyed watching Aamir’s latest release Sitaare Zameen Par.Hurt over Kapil Sharma Show snubThe actor revealed that one of the moments that hurt him most was not being invited to a family appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show. “He took the whole family, but not me. I didn’t know about the show — I found out on TV. I felt maybe he thinks if he brings me in public, it would contradict what he’s said earlier about me. Ek baar duniya me elaan kar chuka hai ki ye pagal hai,” Faissal said, referring to Aamir’s past comments on his mental health.
Despite the snub and their strained history, Faissal maintained that he wishes for a better relationship with his brother. “Maybe I’m wrong, but this is what I perceive. Things are fine,” he said, adding that he believes Aamir ultimately wants good things for him.
